Guzheng and additional products arrived without any issues; even arrived earlier than expected. Was missing 1 set of finger picks, but that is a minor issue for me.Pros:1. Generally well made using good materials for its price (there are a few flaws but you really have to look for them).2. Guzheng is light and the soft-case has some padding inside, making it easy to transport the guzheng.3. Sound produced is good and clear.4. Instrument is beautiful to look at.5. Very well packaged, when it arrived the box had 2 big dents in it but there was no damage to the instrument itself.Cons:1. The paper bridge-guide doesn't really work on this Guzheng: the bridges block each other and the no.21-19 strings end being too far inwards. You can use it as a general guide on how the bridges should look but not much else; rely on a tuning device and manually adjust as needed.2. Missing item from package (1 set of finger picks).3. The bridges and middle of the guzheng are both rough wood. Adjusting the bridges tends to leave a small sawdust trail, do not think it damages the instrument but it does require additional cleaning.Things to note is that:1. The casing is not waterproof, so do not get it wet when the guzheng is inside.2. Guzhengs have to be stored in a humid room or the wood will dry out, crack (ruining the sound), and can even break. If your guzheng gets very delayed, inspect the instrument for any damage caused by the wood drying out, just in case. This type of damage takes a long time and does not happen often, but it does happen.3. The guide is in simplified Chinese, however the songs inside are written with the standard guzheng notations. If you cannot read simplified Chinese, then I would personally recommend searching for guides online on google/YouTube and use the songs in the book as practice.Overall happy with my purchase and would buy from them again if given the chance. 5/5
